FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN CONTIGUOUS USA

CLEARLIDZ.COM CONSUMER SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping policy applies only to consumers shopping on Clearlidz.com.

Once you select the products you wish to purchase and have entered our Clearlidz.com shopping cart, shipping options and handling cost options will be presented to you. For orders over $500 (U.S.), Clearlidz offers Flat Rate, ground shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and flat rate shipping to Canada. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska are additional, at your expense.

Expedited shipping in the 48 U.S. states, or shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska are at your expense, and in addition to the purchase price of your products. 

Please contact Clearlidz directly to arrange for shipment to countries outside of the United States, including Mexico. 

 Shipping options include:

  1. UPS Ground
  2. UPS 2nd Day Air

Depending on where you live, you might not be offered all shipping options.

Shipping is non-refundable on all orders.

Packages are shipped from Clearlidz Monday through Friday. 

UPS® ground shipments will be typically received Monday through Friday. “2nd day air” indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

Times in transit are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. 

Delivery signature may be required on orders over $500.

 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note the following restrictions to the Clearlidz.com Shipping Policy:

  • Please provide a shipping address where you will be present to receive the shipment. Clearlidz is not responsible for packages left unattended if the recipient is not available to receive a shipment.
  • No C.O.D. shipments are allowed.
  • No deliveries can be made to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders must include a complete shipping address and contact phone number.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Clearlidz is not responsible for any package not delivered due to customer not being able to accept delivery. Any package returned to sender on account of failed attempts of delivery will incur a shipping and handling charge if customer would like it to be shipped again; in other respects it will be considered a returned order, where our return policy will be applied.
